Deciding on an internet-only subscription
An internet-only plan suits households that stream, work from home or game but have no need for a television subscription. The choice comes down to three things: how much speed you need, what you are willing to pay each month, and how long you want to commit. The plans here come from Odido, DELTA, KPN, Ziggo, Budget Thuis, hollandsnieuwe and Youfone. If keeping costs low matters most, our guide to budget home internet deals looks at the lower end of the price range in more detail.
What the 65 plans cost and how fast they are
Introductory prices across the 65 plans run from €15 to €51 a month. The published average monthly price ranges from €20 to €57.25. Download speeds start at 30 Mbps and reach 8000 Mbps, while upload speeds vary from 3 Mbps to 8000 Mbps. The highest symmetrical speeds are typical of fibre, which you can explore in our fibre connection overview. For a closer look at what drives monthly bills, see how much home internet costs.

How long you commit for
Contract length has a real effect on the average monthly price, because introductory discounts are spread over the full term. In this comparison, 32 plans run for 12 months and another 32 run for 24 months. Just 1 plan has a one-month term, which offers the most flexibility if you expect to move or simply prefer not to be tied down. A longer contract can bring a lower average, while a shorter one keeps your options open. Weigh the average monthly figure rather than the introductory price alone when comparing terms.
Checking which connections reach your home
Not every plan is available at every address. The network running to your building decides whether you can get fibre, cable or DSL, and which speeds are possible. Two neighbouring streets can have quite different options. Cable networks often deliver high download speeds, as covered on our cable broadband page, while DSL uses the telephone line and its speed depends partly on distance to the exchange, explained in our guide to DSL plans. Always confirm availability for your postcode and house number before choosing a plan.
Our approach to comparing providers
We check prices on the providers' own websites every day, so the figures reflect what each provider currently advertises. Our sortable comparison lets you order plans by download speed, introductory price or average monthly price, so you can put whichever matters most at the top. For a wider view across all deals, visit our main page on internet providers netherlands. The Check offer button is an advertisement: if you sign up, we may earn a commission. That commission never changes the euro price you pay or the order in which plans appear.
